These terms cover CREDFREE’s debt consolidation information, calculator and enquiry assistance. Registered business details and final legal review are pending and should be completed before public launch.
Nature of the service
CREDFREE provides information and enquiry assistance. This website does not establish CREDFREE as a bank or lender. Sending an enquiry does not guarantee eligibility, an offer, approval, disbursement, savings or credit-score improvement.
Rates and actual offers
9.99% per annum is an advertised starting rate, not a guaranteed offer. Final rates, amounts, tenure, charges, verification and approval depend on lender assessment and policies. A specific offer must clearly name the actual lender. Review that lender’s agreement, interest, all fees and total repayment before accepting.
Calculator estimates
The EMI calculator uses the standard reducing-balance formula. Results are illustrative estimates, not advice or a loan offer. Estimates exclude processing fees, taxes, insurance, foreclosure charges and other lender-specific costs. A lower EMI may result from longer repayment tenure and may increase total interest paid. Existing monthly payments and illustrative comparisons do not establish actual savings.
Debt consolidation obligations
Consolidation does not eliminate debt. After approval and acceptance, eligible existing debts must be properly settled using approved funds. You remain responsible for the new loan and should confirm the settlement and closure requirements of each existing lender.
Accurate information and safe use
Provide accurate enquiry information and do not submit another person’s information without authority. Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, or provide bank passwords, card numbers or OTPs. CREDFREE may request further information through appropriate channels when discussing options.
Privacy and communications
Enquiry-processing consent is required to submit a form. Marketing consent is optional and separate. See the Privacy Policy for the collection and use of enquiry information.
Availability and third-party services
Website and third-party delivery services may be interrupted. A submission is confirmed only after saving and delivery have been verified. The website is not a substitute for reviewing lender documents or obtaining independent financial advice. Nothing here limits protections provided by applicable law.
