This policy describes the enquiry processing implemented on the CREDFREE website. Registered business and grievance contact details are awaiting verification. These details and the final policy should be reviewed before public launch.

Information you share

Eligibility enquiries collect your name, Indian mobile number, email, city, employment type, monthly income, outstanding loan and credit card amounts, number of active loans, current EMI, approximate CIBIL range, required amount and preferred tenure. Calculator inputs are included if you continue from the calculator. Contact enquiries collect your contact details, subject, optional outstanding debt and message.

Purpose and consent

Your required enquiry consent allows CREDFREE to process the details to understand and respond to your requirements. Promotional communications require a separate optional consent, which is not preselected. Submitting a form is not a credit check or loan application approval.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries are stored in restricted Lovable Cloud records and sent securely to CREDFREE’s connected Google Sheets account. Website visitors cannot view other enquiries. Submission IDs and timestamps support reliable delivery and prevent accidental duplicate submissions. Google and Lovable process information as service providers under their applicable terms.

Loan partners

If a specific lending offer is presented, the actual lender must be identified and its privacy notice and applicable terms made available. Do not submit identity documents, bank account credentials, card numbers, passwords or OTPs through these enquiry forms.

Retention and your choices

Information should be retained only as needed for the enquiry and applicable legal obligations. A specific retention schedule has not yet been supplied by CREDFREE. You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent through the contact page, subject to applicable requirements. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already completed.

Website data

The EMI calculator runs in your browser without requiring signup. Calculator values are not submitted until you consent and submit an eligibility enquiry. No advertising tracking or marketing analytics has been enabled by this website. Hosting providers may process technical request information for security and operation.
